Helpful Info and House Rules

We want you to enjoy your time with us, so in order to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible, please familiarise yourself with the following 'House Rules’

Completion of booking and receipt of payment implies you have read these conditions and are agreeable to them.

Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation, and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation regardless of the shorter stay.

Registration and Payment of Balance: 

On the day of arrival at check in, all guests are required to show passport or similar ID to meet legal requirements for the purpose of registration with the Croatia Tourist Board.

An initial Booking Deposit of 30% is necessary at time of booking to secure your accommodation. This can be paid online via Paypal. 


The balance of the total cost of accommodation is required upon arrival and a receipt will be issued at that time. Payment options include:

  • Cash – either Croatian Kuna (local currency) or Euro  

  • Secure Paypal transfer done in the office on arrival.

A refundable Security Deposit of EUR 200 is also payable in cash or via secure Paypal transfer upon arrival. A receipt will be issued at the time of payment. The deposit will be returned to your preferred account upon departure.


The owners are available to the guests during their stay for any information and assistance needed. In the event of any complaint about the quality of the accommodation please come and see us and we will endeavour to help as best we can.


Free Wi-Fi is available, the password will be provided upon arrival.


Two (2) sets of keys will be provided to the guests for the duration of their stay. Both sets must be returned upon departure. In the event that one (1) or both sets of keys are lost or not returned a charge of EUR 150 will be applicable.


Check In and Check Out:

Check in is from 1.00pm and check out is by 10.00am at the latest.

Please call ahead for prior confirmation of availability if you require check-in or check-out outside of these times. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Early Termination by Guest:

Should a guest decide to terminate their agreed stay earlier, the full cost of the booked reservation will be outstanding.


Enquiries and Assistance:

Our helpful staff are available for assistance with any enquiries between the hours of 9am and 11pm . We welcome all feedback. In the event of any complaint about the quality of your accommodation please come and see us and we will endeavour to resolve your issue asap.

The apartment may only be used by persons who are registered as a guest. The number of guests must not exceed the total number of persons agreed in the booking confirmation. In the event that the number of guests occupying the apartment exceeds the agreed number of guests in the the initial booking confirmation than then the booking will be subject to immediate cancellation without compensation. 



No pets of any kind are permitted.


Please refrain from smoking within the apartments. You may use the outside terraces and balconies for smoking and ash trays are provided for cigarette waste. Open fire (e.g. candles) is prohibited inside the property. The candles provided are for decorative and fragrance purposes only.

Cleanliness of Apartments During Stay:

All apartments are fully self-contained and are not serviced, therefore guests are responsible for maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness during their stay. We request that you dispose of your garbage into the bins provided. Please do not leave rubbish bags outside the apartments as this may attract stray animals.


Fresh bed linen and bathroom towels will be provided weekly for all stays longer than 7 days.

Privacy of Guests:

Please respect the privacy of others so that everyone can enjoy their stay to the fullest.

We ask that guests be considerate and not disturb the peace of other guests between the hours of 11pm and 8am.


Under normal conditions staff will not enter the rented apartments without prior notice and approval from guests.

Strictly only in the event of a justifiable concern that damage or theft has occurred, staff will attempt to contact the occupants immediately & request immediate entry to inspect the premises. If it is suspected that guests have departed early without checkout we reserve the right to enter any apartment for inspection.

Guests Personal Items:

Guests are responsible for their own property during their stay.  Always close and lock the doors and windows when leaving your apartment.

Dangerous Items:

It is prohibited to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment.


Furniture and Amenities:

Guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation furniture and fittings located both inside and out. It is not permitted to relocate the furniture or any other item to another apartment, outside on balconies, to the beach or any other area. This includes taking kitchen chairs out onto the terrace, cutlery to another apartment, towels or blankets to the beach or moving outdoor furniture found in common areas. 


Use of Common Facilities:

All guests are welcome to use the common areas and facilities. Please be considerate of other guests when using these facilities and clean up after yourself so that the other guests may enjoy the areas also.  


Damage to Apartments and/or Contents:

Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property will be required to reimburse the owners for the full amount of the incurred damage. If this is less than 200 euros it will be deducted from the security deposit. If damage exceeds the security deposit, immediate reimbursement will be required. Adriatic Apartments reserves the right to pursue legal compensation for any/all damages which amount to more than the security deposit.


Guest Safety:

Guests are requested to take all adequate precautions when using the apartment and its facilities as well as paths around the house and stairs. The use is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times.

Infants and Children:

Stairs, balconies, traffic in close vicinity etc. are major areas of risk for young children. Guests are responsible for full supervision of all children staying with them.  We do not accept liability for any accident or injury.

Non – Compliance With House Rules:

Guests who do not comply with house rules or who repeatedly disturb the peace of the other guests will be requested to leave and their booking will be cancelled without refund.

Payment for a booking is implicit confirmation that guests have reviewed the house rules and that they accept the obligations and conditions outlined within.

Violation of these conditions may mean your accommodation reservation is forfeit and Adriatic Apartments reserves the right to charge the full amount initially agreed upon at time of arrival irrespective of an early departure.
